The MILLENNIUM 2000 Vx5xl

Our latest edition to the Millennium line. The Vx5xl was designed and is hand built in the USA using only the highest quality materials and components. Inner construction is 12 Ga. boiler plate steel double welded, outer skin is of 14-20 Ga. Stainless Steel. Front door is fully insulated 1” thick 14 Ga. SS with heavy-duty SS hinge set. Cooking stone is cast from an NSF certified composite, aged and cured. Each MILLENNIUM series oven is tested and monitored for quality assurance prior to delivery.

A brick oven fusing the ambiance of a wood burning oven, the simplistic operation of a conveyor oven and unique technology without an equal. It’s patented cooking method & design are unmatched in the industry today. Advantages over other equipment include:

  • Extremely low BTU consumption, using only 40k on start-up and an average of 25k throughout the day.
  • Blazing fast cook times, 90 second pizza and most products cook 3 to 4 times faster than conventional methods.
  • No hood necessary, the MILLENNIUM series ovens employ a built-in ventilation system and must simply be vented.
  • The versatility to cook a plethora of different products all at once! bake pizzas while searing a steak to perfection.
